Where robots win
Repetitive handling, welding long consistent seams, and anything that is dull enough that human attention drifts. These are the tasks where a robot’s consistency compounds into real quality gains.
Where they do not
Short runs with frequent changeovers, tasks requiring tactile feedback, and anything where the part presentation varies. A good fixture is often the cheaper answer.
