A distribution centre needed its throughput doubled without closing. We installed 640 metres of conveyor and a robotic sortation cell across eleven consecutive weekend shutdowns, with the site running normally every Monday morning.
The Challenge
The facility could not stop shipping, so all installation had to happen in weekend windows with the line fully operational by Monday.
Our Solution
We pre-assembled and tested every conveyor module off site, then ran eleven weekend cut-overs with a rollback plan for each one. None was needed.
