Eighteen coded pressure vessels ranging from 800 litres to 24,000 litres, fabricated, hydro tested and stamped in our own shop, then delivered and installed over a six-month programme.
The Challenge
Material lead times on the specified alloy ran to twenty-two weeks, against a programme that allowed sixteen.
Our Solution
We placed material early against our own risk, and re-sequenced fabrication so the long-lead vessels were built last while shorter-lead units went first.
